Listing Documents
You can purchase your MLS listing (and other advertised websites) online by clicking on one of our two MLS packages or by submitting the below documents. A signed listing agreement and agency disclosure (as well as a seller’s disclosure for NH properties) are required even if the MLS package is purchased online.
It’s simple to get your house listed on the MLS using ListMyHouse.com. The items needed are as follows and can be accessed below:
- Agency Disclosure for your state
- Listing Agreement for your state
- Seller’s Disclosure (Required only for NH Properties)
- MLS Data Entry Form (Not required if data entered online)
- Submit Payment (Credit Card authorization not needed if submitted online)
Your property will be listed the same day as our receipt of these documents. You can scan and e-mail these documents to broker@listmyhouse.com or fax to customer service @ 1-781-636-0500. Please e-mail the property pictures to broker@listmyhouse.com (unless uploaded online).
