ListMyHouse.com is a real estate company and, as such, we do not offer legal or any other professional service. We do not represent any buyer or seller unless agreed upon in writing. Upon payment and completion of our listing documents, we guarantee that you will have your house listed on the multiple listing service ("MLS"). We do not guarantee that you will be able to control what your listing says or how your listing will be displayed on the MLS or any web site that may have your house listed as a result of your listing on the MLS. ListMyHouse.com shall not have liability or responsibility regarding the information contained within this web site, MLS or any other source including any information provided by sellers regarding properties listed anywhere. Buyers are to independently verify the accuracy and completeness of all information contained within each property advertised wherever listed.

You may cancel your listing at any time without any refund. If you cancel before our documentation is submitted, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds on products once shipped. Once our documents and your photographs are submitted to us, your property will be listed the same day if received by 1:00 p.m. If we receive our documents and photographs after 1:00 p.m. or on the weekend, your property will be posted the next business day. Changes to an MLS listing are handled in the same fashion. If service is not available in your area you will receive a full refund.

In using this site and the services offered herein, you agree to hold harmless the officers, directors, employees, business partners of any kind, agents and real estate agent affiliates for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this web site and service or any third party site herein. This is a complete limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any and every kind, including, but not limited to, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, personal injury, and claims of third parties. Users, business partners and advertisers hereby release and discharge ListMyHouse.com and its owner, officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all claims pertaining to the use in any way of this site and any third party site/content/service referenced herein, expressly including without limitation any claim of negligence against ListMyHouse.com or its owner, officers, directors, employees, agents or real estate agent affiliates. ListMyHouse.com is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to this site. Your linking to off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

Selling and buying real estate is a very serious endeavor and can have serious legal consequences. As such, we encourage all parties to have the assistance of legal counsel at the earliest stage possible. Only approved business partners/associates/affiliates are provided personal information as outlined above. Those who visit ListMyHouse.com cannot access seller names and addresses without completing data fields requiring the user's name, phone number and e-mail address. After providing this information, the user will be e-mailed the particular seller's name and phone number then the seller will likewise receive via email the information provided by the user. In addition, ListMyHouse.com and possibly a business partner/associate/affiliate may receive this information.

Our website is also domain control verified. ListMyHouse.com is secured with a Web Server Certificate. Transactions on ListMyHouse.com are protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Furthermore, when users purchase our services and/or products online transactions are processed via authorize.net. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway is a secure Internet bridge between merchant businesses and credit card and electronic check payment processing networks. This provides ListMyHouse.com with a fast, reliable and secure passage for transaction data at authorize.net via this company's 128-bit SSL Internet Protocol connection, and it manages the complex routing of payment information to our secure credit card processor.
